Island Gardens Estate Management Board (EMB)

We're committed to resident involvement at all levels.

Local Estate Management Boards have been set up across our five estates and are led by a committee of local residents who decide key priorities for their area. This structure allows residents to benefit from having an established body (resident group) to raise community/service matters when there is no Tenant and Resident Association to facilitate meetings.

Local issues will be picked up at meetings and the relevant teams in East End Homes will take back actions to address.

Meetings take place quarterly on the last Thursday of the month. 

Venue: Bulwark Court Community Room, Parkside Square, London. E14 3NF  

Time: 5.30pm — 7.30pm

Apply to become an EMB Member

Island Gardens EMB is recruiting new members. 

EMB members meet with Eastend Homes officers to discuss and resolve wider issues affecting your homes. Members are expected to attend regular meeting, contribute to discussions and support fellow EMB members to resolve issues.
