Person Centred Fire Risk Assessments

The safety of all East End Homes residents is our top priority. We’re responsible for keeping your home safe, secure and in good condition. This includes carrying out fire safety checks and keeping up to date records about who lives in the homes that we own and manage. 

Some residents who have additional support needs such as mobility or health issues may be more at risk from dangers like escaping from a fire.

To make sure that we're aware of any issues, our housing officers are knocking on residents' doors to carry out a Person-Centred Fire Risk Assessment.

This assessment helps us understand any specific needs you may have in an emergency and ensures that the appropriate safety measures are in place to support you.

If you are arranging this appointment on behalf of a family member or you are their carer, please use the contact details above to schedule a suitable time. If no one in your household requires a Person‑Centred Fire Risk Assessment you don’t need to contact us.

If we do not hear from you within 14 days of a visit, we’ll also try to contact you again.
