How to pay your rent

Direct Debit: By far the easiest and most convenient means of payment is by Direct Debit. Paying your charges by Direct Debit offers a hassle-free solution to those who worry about paying their bills on time. You will need to have a current bank or building society account before you can set this up.

If you aren't online, there are other ways to pay: 
Post Office logo Post Office: Pay at any Post Office with cash, cheques or debit cards.

Pay Point logo

PayPoint: Pay by cash at any local store displaying the PayPoint logo.
Telephone payments icon Telephone payments: Pay by telephone. Making sure you have your payment card handy together with your debit card just call our Rents Team who can take your payment there and then.

Your payment card gives you the freedom to pay at a wide range of local retail outlets or using a variety of other methods which won’t even require you to leave the comfort of home.

You can use your payment card to make payments at any outlet displaying one of the following signs. Simply take your payment card to the counter together with your payment.

You will be given a printed receipt as proof of payment which we recommend that you keep in a safe place.

 
Allpay app icon By app: You can make your payments via smartphone. Simply download the app of our payment partner allpay and follow the instructions. Available for Google Android, Apple, and Windows phones. Click here for more information.
