Report a repair online

You will be given a reference number when a repair has been raised for you. You can also contact us to ask about an issue previously reported, quoting that reference.

When you report a repair you will need to tell us:

  • Your name, address and phone number
  • A full description of the problem
  • Whether you have any support needs

For repairs to your home (except emergency repairs), we will offer you a convenient appointment between 8am and 5pm Monday — Friday.

If you have an emergency repair outside of working hours please call 020 8059 3557.
