We’re excited to announce the opening of our new Eric Street development at Windermere House, Mile End. The development welcomed its first residents in recent weeks, who have been visiting their new homes and completing their tenancy sign-ups.

Last week we completed the second handover of Windermere House properties and have now signed up 32 residents out of the 34 viewings planned.

We held an event for residents, colleaugues and partners at Calders Wharf, Island Gardens on 10 July to mark our achievement of a G2 compliant governance rating.
