How To Pay Service Charges
Your payment card gives you the freedom to pay at a wide range of local retail outlets or using a variety of other methods which won’t even require you to leave the comfort of home.
You can use your payment card to make payments at any outlet displaying one of the following signs. Simply take your payment card to the counter together with your payment.
You can get a payment card from our Home Ownership Team. Just contact them by telephone and you will receive your card within 10 working days.
When making a payment in a shop, you will be given a printed receipt as proof of payment which we recommend that you keep in a safe place.
Post Office: Pay at any Post Office with cash, cheques or debit cards. | |
PayPoint: Pay by cash at any local store displaying the PayPoint logo. | |
Telephone payments: Pay by telephone. Making sure you have your payment card handy together with your debit card just call our Home Ownership Team who can take a payment there and then. |
EastendHomes is now able to offer all residents the option to set up a Direct Debit to pay. Simply call our Home Ownership Team and we can arrange everything over the phone. You will receive a confirmation of the arrangement you make with us through the post.
Direct Debit: By far the easiest and most convenient means of payment is by Direct Debit. Paying your charges by Direct Debit offers a hassle-free solution to those who worry about paying their bills on time. You will need to have a current bank or building society account before you can set up this facility. |
You may find it more convenient to use the following additional services. These services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Internet Payments: Pay over the internet. Making sure you have your payment card handy together with your debit card, simply use our dedicated and secure payment site. | |
