Gurbax Singh

Gurbax Singh joined the Board and Audit and Risk Committee in September 2025. He brings over twenty five years of experience in senior leadership across governance, finance, technology and operational delivery in both public and commercial sectors.

He had been a local authority councillor and chaired a Finance and Audit Committee, overseeing financial governance, internal controls and risk management. This role strengthened his knowledge in regulatory compliance, scrutiny and ensuring value for money for communities.

Gurbax has also held executive leadership roles, including Chief Technology Officer, with responsibility for technology, finance and HR functions. He has led digital transformation, strengthened financial controls, overseen budgeting and performance management, and supported organisational development. 

As a Board member, he is committed to strong governance, transparency in decision-making and ensuring its resident lead organisation with strong financial resilience to provide safe, high-quality homes and communities for residents.
