How to buy your home

Did you know as a tenant you may have a preserved Right to Buy your home or the Right to Acquire your home?

• If you were originally given your tenancy by the Council and have since transferred to EastendHomes, you are likely to qualify for the Right to Buy (some exceptions apply)

• If you were originally given your tenancy by EastendHomes, you may qualify for the Right to Acquire your home
