New homes being completed at Eric Street, Mile End

 In April 2025, we assumed responsibility for the completion of building works at Coniston, Buttermere and Windermere Houses, collectively known as the Eric Street Development. Our Development Company, Eric Street Development Ltd (ESDL), is the main contractor for the duration of the building works. The development will deliver a total of 95 much-needed new flats for social rent.

We continue to have regular conversations with residents including face-to-face meetings. The next meeting is on 26 November. 

We’re very sorry for the unacceptable delays and upheaval, and our priority is to get residents back in their homes safely.
