Daniel Killian
Daniel joined East End Homes as Chief Executive in September 2025 from Gravesham Borough Council, where he was Director of Housing.
With over 25 years of housing and local government experience, Daniel will lead on the delivery of resident-focused housing services for all tenures. His immediate priorities will be to continue to drive change and embed a culture of openness, accountability, and excellence for the benefit of residents in this richly diverse borough.
Daniel will also oversee the delivery of the Corporate Plan 2025-28 and is committed to the provision of exemplary housing services based on an understanding of residents’ needs. On that basis, he has pledged to put resident involvement and influence at the heart of everything we do.
