We're committed to providing a local housing service. We have offices on our estates that are accessible to all visitors in line with the requirements of the Equality Act 2010.

Our Customer Services Team is the main point of contact for all general enquiries. The team also provides reception cover at our offices. Whether you contact us by phone, email, or in person, you'll receive a consistently helpful service.

Please note that our phone lines get very busy at times. You can use our call back feature to request a return call instead of being put on hold. If you contact us via our website or email, we'll aim to get back to you within our service standards. This means that you will hear back from us within five working days, either with a response or with an acknowledgement telling you when your enquiry will be fully answered. We will deal with all enquiries as quickly as possible and you'll wait no longer than 14 working days for a full, written response. The exception to this is emergency cases of damp and mould, which we'll inspect and respond to within 24 hours.
