Board updates
We’re committed to making sure that our governance and decision-making are transparent and clear. That’s why we’re trialling a new, more accessible way to summarise quarterly Board meetings. After each meeting our Chair, Jacqui Bateson, will present an update in the form of a short film. It means that you hear directly from Jacqui about what’s been discussed and how the Board makes decisions for the benefit of residents.

In addition to keeping you informed about the Board’s activities, we’re also looking at ways to hear different perspectives from residents, alongside formal resident involvement opportunities. So, we’re asking residents to film themselves talking about what matters most to them and how we can improve service delivery.
