Once we've received your concerns we'll:
- Log your damp and mould issue on our database
- Arrange a suitable time for a damp and mould expert / technical officer to visit your home within 20 working days
- Always prioritise emergency issues and individuals with a health vulnerability
- Promise not to close your report until your issue is resolved and you are happy your home is damp and mould free
3. Investigate and Diagnose
A damp and mould specialist will:
- Visit your home to carefully investigate the problem
- Identify and diagnose the cause of the damp or mould
4. Find a Solution
Following the visit our specialist will find a solution and recommend any actions that need to be carried out.
