Covers maintenance of green spaces, grass cutting, hedge trimming and planting.

Covers responsive repairs across the estate, not individual blocks.

Covers security patrols to reduce anti-social behaviour and improve safety.

Housing Management Charge

How we calculate your share

EEH Apportionment

Total service cost divided by the total habitable floor area of all benefiting properties across East End Homes, multiplied by your property floor area.

Estate Apportionment

Total estate service cost divided by total habitable floor area of properties on your estate, multiplied by your property floor area.

Block Apportionment

Total block service cost divided by total habitable floor area in your block, multiplied by your property floor area.

The Homeowners Forum

The Homeowners Forum is an advisory online forum to the Finance and Audit Committee.

It reviews policies and procedures and makes recommendations on:

  • Best practice
  • Legal requirements
  • Financial restrictions
  • Impact on homeowners
  • Impact on business plans

The Forum receives reports on service charges, major works billing and home ownership performance. It also makes recommendations on communications to homeowners.
