Vicky May - Executive Director of Homes and Communities

Vicky assumed the newly created role of Executive Director for Homes and Communities in June 2026. She has over 28 years' experience of working in local government, most recently at Gravesham Council, where she has driven change in senior housing roles with a focus on lessons learned from resident feedback. 

Priorities for Vicky will be to amplify the resident voice in decision-making, ensure consumer regulatory compliance, and galvanise the housing and asset management teams. Vicky brings strength and depth to the executive management team with a focus on delivering exemplary resident-focused housing services.
