You said, we did. Monthly in-person support hubs

We listened when you told us that we need to offer more ways of contacting u s when you need support .  

That’s why w e're holding in-person Customer Service Support Hubs on the last Thursday of every month. 

These drop-in sessions for tenants and leaseholders will run from 2:00pm until 5.00pm .  

You’ll have the opportunity to speak with our Customer Services and Complaints teams.

  • Talk to us in-person about repairs , complaints , or anything else you want to raise.  

  • We will offer you a n efficient, personalised experience of having your issue dealt with.   

 

Next Support Hubs:

  • July: Thursday, 30 July — 2:00-5:00pm

  • August: Thursday, 27 August — 2:00-5:00pm

  • September: Thursday, 24 September — 2:00-5:00pm

 

Location for all: East End Homes Head Office — 3 Resolution Plaza, E1 6PS  London. 

All support sessions are set up in our head office. Please report to Reception and our team will show you to the right room.
