We listened when you told us that we need to offer more ways of contacting u s when you need support .
That’s why w e're holding in-person Customer Service Support Hubs on the last Thursday of every month.
These drop-in sessions for tenants and leaseholders will run from 2:00pm – 5.00pm . Our first session is on Thursday, 30 April 2026 (location below).
You’ll have the opportunity to speak with our Customer Services and Complaints teams.

Talk to us in-person about repairs , complaints , or anything else you want to raise.

We will offer you a n efficient, personalised experience of having your issue dealt with.
