We listened when you told us that we need to offer more ways of contacting u s when you need support .  

That’s why  w e're holding  in-person Customer Service Support Hubs on the last Thursday of every month. 

These drop-in sessions for tenants and leaseholders will run from 2:00pm – 5.00pm .  Our first session is on Thursday, 30 April 2026 (location below).

You’ll have the opportunity to speak with our Customer Services and Complaints teams.:

  • Talk to us in-person about repairs , complaints , or anything else you want to raise.  

  • We will offer you a n efficient, personalised experience of having your issue dealt with.

 The support hubs' meeting points are set up in our head office. Please report to Reception and our team will point you to the right room.
