STAR in the Community Awards 2014
Do you know someone who does community or youth work; someone who has overcome all adversity to achieve success; someone who organises events for local people, or simply someone who supports and helps others in their local area? If you do, and you appreciate what they do, please nominate them for a STAR in the Community Award later this year.

Inspirational Resident Award
this could be someone who has, for instance, championed their local area, cared for neighbours or organised activities for young people.

Young Person of the Year Award
for the under 25s and someone who is, for example, a great role model for other young people. Why not nominate them?

Contribution to Resident Involvement Award
perhaps you know someone who has organised community events or worked hard to make their neighbourhood a happy place? Perhaps you’ve other good news to share about someone who brings people together? Well, tell us about it!

Bringing People Together Award
this could be someone who has, for instance, championed their local area, cared for neighbours or organised activities for young people.

Environmental Award
someone who has, for example, encouraged bio-diversity, promoted recycling and championed use of open spaces.
