Determination re Works at Loweswater House
EastendHomes recently applied to the First-Tier Tribunal Property Chamber (Residential Property) for dispensation from carrying out statutory consultations ahead of completing repair works to a lift in Loweswater House, in Mile End.
The Tribunal granted this dispensation to allow these urgent works to proceed more quickly. As part of their decision, they required EastendHomes to publish the determination on our website.
