First-Tier Tribunals (Property Chamber)

As described in the section on leaseholder Rights & Obligations, in certain circumstances leaseholders can ask a tribunal to review their obligations in respect of their lease.

These tribunals are formally known as a First-tier Tribunal - Property Chamber (Residential Property).

You can find detailed information on how this process works, as well as records on past decisions, on the HM Courts & Tribunals page.
