New Repairs contract goes live

Following completion of a tender to provide integrated asset management service for EastendHomes, Morgan Sindall Property Services have commenced work as EastendHomes' lead contractor as of 1st July.

The Repairs service now has a single contractor across all EastendHomes estates, with all jobs being raised as either emergency (24 hour) or non-emergency (28 days). 

Morgan Sindall have also taken over management of the out-of-hours emergency repair telephone service - please note that the telephone number hasn't changed, and you should continue to call 0300 123 0728 to report emergency repairs at weekends or outside of office hours.

We will continue to ask all residents to give us feedback following the completion of each repair, and encourage you to complete our survey by telephone or by post to help us to monitor the new service and ensure we continue to deliver a high quality repairs service.
