This is an update for residents of Hatton House who were affected by the loss of electricity on Friday and over the weekend. 

An update for residents of Hatton House on the St. George's estate who were unfortunately affected by the loss of the water and power supply to their homes on Friday 15 May. 

Customer Services Support Hub - Our second session is coming soon. Don’t miss it out! Thursday, 28 May 2026. Drop in anytime between 2 pm and 5 pm. We will make sure that someone from our team is available to assist you.  No need to book - just come along to the Reception area. 

You said, we did: Resident Annual Report Workshops – Your Voice in Action

On 22 and 27 April, we hosted workshops with residents from across our five estates, helping to shape our upcoming Resident Annual Report for 2025–2026. This is part of our 'you said, we did' campaign to better capture and act upon the resident voice.

Last Thursday, as part of our “You Said – We Did ” campaign ensuring your voice is heard and acted upon, we hosted a Drop-In Customer Service Support Hub . Residents had the opportunity to meet with East End Homes officers to discuss concerns and receive support with a range of issues.
