Important parking update for residents
An important change to your parking provider from w/c 25 May 2026
We’re making improvements to car parking services for East End Homes residents.
From w/c 25 May, Elite will no longer be the car parking provider for our estates. The new provider is PCM (part of the Agena Group). For the time being, there won’t be any change, please park as normal and continue to follow the restrictions specific to your estate.
We’ll let you know well in advance and give you clear instructions if you need to do anything before PCM takes over and the parking changes come into effect. These changes will benefit you as they mean parking will be:
- Fair for residents.
- Clear and easy to understand.
- Better managed for the whole community.
Why this change is happening
This change is part of our ongoing work to improve how parking works across our communities. We’re doing this in response to feedback from residents about the need to provide you with a better parking experience. PCM will support us in delivering this.
What this means for you
We understand that changes like this can raise questions, so we want to reassure you:
- Day-to-day parking will continue as normal.
- There is nothing you need to do right now.
- We’ll be in contact with you personally if any action is required.
Our aim is to make this transition as smooth as possible for everyone.
