You can now pay by mobile app
EastendHomes are always keen to help our residents to keep up with payments to meet their rent and service charges. One way of doing this is to offer you as many ways of paying as we can.
Our payment processing partners Allpay have just re-launched their free payment app for smartphones, allowing you to credit your account without leaving your home and without giving out card details over the phone.
The app is available for Apple products, via Google Play (formerly the Android market) and for Windows phones. The app uses encryption and a PIN code (in addition to any security settings in use on your phone) to provide security and prevent fraudulent use of the app. You will also be automatically be logged off if your phone goes into 'hibernate' mode.
The newest version of the app (available for Apple and Android) also uses a barcode scanner which can identify your Payment Reference Number from your payment card. You can also choose to store your payment card details and bank card details, or to enter the information each time.
