New online service for Housing Benefit and Council Tax
LB Tower Hamlets has launched a new service allowing residents to manage their Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support claims online.
The sytem will allow you to receive copies of letters and notifications, view details of your claim, and to notify the service of changes to your circumstances.
To register you will need to supply some personal details including your National Insurance number and your claim reference.
