Julian Place - Window Replacement and Roofline Works

Project Review

Following a thorough inspection and assessment of the building’s condition we undertook the pilot window replacement project  at flats 15, 19 and 23 at Julian Place. The works included replacing ageing single-glazed windows with modern, energy-efficient alternatives to help reduce condensation and damp issues and improve residents’ comfort. 

The project also included inspections and associated repairs to external brickwork, concrete lintels, gutters and fascia details to improve the overall condition of the building. All works were completed in compliance with the relevant Building Regulations.
