Replacement of Electrical Risers, Laterals, Heating and Hot Water Systems

The existing electrical distribution infrastructure, alongside the current heating and hot water system(s), need to be replaced due to their age and current condition. A feasibility and options appraisal was commissioned from consultant engineers to examine options to replace the heating alongside the required electrical works.  They recommended that the current heating should be replaced with electrical storage heaters.
