Lifts installation at Brune, Bernard and Carter Houses
We are in the process of delivering on the final part of our promise to install new lifts at Brune and Barnard House following the recent completion of installation to Carter House.
The purpose of the lifts installation project is to construct six new lift towers to Brune House and two new lift towers to Bernard House.

Next steps include:
- The submission of a planning application to Tower Hamlets Council, likely to be October 2026.
- Completing all of our investigations to building services and existing sewer.
- Appointing a contractor for the enabling works for a Spring 2027 start.
