Christmas & New Year Opening Hours 2024/25

All EastendHomes offices will close for the Christmas period at 5pm on Tuesday 24 December 2024 and reopen on 9am on Thursday 2 January 2025. 

An in-person reception service for urgent matters will be available at our Head Office between 10am-12noon and 2pm-4pm on Friday 27 December, Monday 30 December and Tuesday 31 December. 

To report an emergency repair, housing or caretaking issue at any time please call 0300 123 0728.
