Windermere House Success – Welcoming Residents Into Their New Homes
We’re excited to announce the opening of our new Eric Street development at Windermere House, Mile End. The development welcomed its first residents in recent weeks, who have been visiting their new homes and completing their tenancy sign-ups.
Providing a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, Windermere House will offer high-quality accommodation for residents of Tower Hamlets on the housing waiting list, as well as welcoming a new generation of East End Homes residents.
Located in the heart of Mile End, the development provides residents with the opportunity to become part of a vibrant and diverse local community, with access to nearby amenities, transport links and community facilities. We look forward to welcoming new residents and supporting them as they settle into their new homes.
Last week we completed the second handover of Windermere House properties and have now signed up 32 residents out of the 34 viewings planned.
The successful delivery of the Windermere House allocations ha ve been made possible due to the collective effort of East End Homes colleagues who have contributed their time, skills and dedication to making this project a success. Their teamwork and commitment have helped us welcome residents into their new homes.
