Update on fobs and parking payments
We would like to let you know about a small change we're making to how we manage enquiries for fobs and parking permits for residents of Island Gardens, Glamis and St George's estates.
Going forward, these enquiries will now be handled by our Head Office, rather than your local housing office. We appreciate that this is a change from previous arrangements and thank you for your understanding.

The team at Head Office will be happy to help with:
- Requests for replacement or additional fobs. Please note that if you lose the door entry fob for your block, the cost of a replacement is £20.
- Parking permit enquiries.
- General access and parking-related queries.
Refundable payments — these are payble upon return of your parking gate fobs if and when you give up your parking space
- Parking gate fobs for Brune, Bernard and Carter House and Denning Point (Holland Estate): £100
- Parking gate fobs for all other locks: £50
