Temporary Water Pressure Issues Affecting Some Homes

We would like to apologise to any residents who are currently experiencing low water pressure due to a burst water main at E14 9BN area, which has temporarily affected the local water supply.

We want to assure you that Thames Water is investigating the problem and working to restore normal water pressure as quickly as possible. We appreciate that this disruption may cause inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

If your property is affected, Thames Water has delivered 10 pallets of bottled water to:

36 Millharbour, London E14 9JS

Residents experiencing disruption are welcome to collect bottled water from this location.

In addition, Thames Water has identified customers registered with its Priority Services Register in the wider area. Incident response teams are currently delivering bottled water directly to Tier 1 to Tier 3 water-dependent and mobility-restricted customers as part of their contingency arrangements.

We have been advised that a complete loss of water supply across our neighbourhoods is considered highly unlikely. While some properties may continue to experience reduced water pressure, East End Homes residents are not expected to experience a full interruption to their water supply.

We would like to apologise for the inconvenience this issue may cause and reassure you that we are working closely with Thames Water to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. We will continue to provide updates as soon as further information becomes available.
