EastendHomes has commissioned Acuity to conduct an independent survey of the Tenant Satisfaction Measures. This is a general survey asking residents what they think about their home and the services provided by EastendHomes. The questions are set by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH). Although the RSH requires a survey of tenants, we have also asked Acuity to survey our leaseholders to get wider feedback.
These surveys will be conducted by telephone. Acuity will call between 9am and 8pm Monday to Friday, and the survey should take approximately 8 to 10 minutes to complete. You are not obliged to take part and can decline, but we would like to encourage all residents to share your views if you receive a call. Interpretation and other adjustments will be available.
