Service Arrangements - update following the Governments London Tier 4 Announcement - 19 December 2020
The Government announcement, placing London in Tier 4 and the increasing numbers of staff required to self isolate has meant that we have had to take the decision to close the local housing centres. Our staff will, however, be available to provide assistance by telephone or email please view Contact us page.
We aim to continue to provide a full repairs and maintenance service in conjunction with our contractor partners. You should report repairs as normal by calling or emailing your local housing centre. Our contractors are working in line with official guidance. If you wish to reschedule a pre-arranged appointment we will facilitate this. Servicing programmes such as gas safety inspections will continue to take place.
We will be prioritising emergency and urgent repairs during Christmas week.
Estate cleaning will continue as normal. Our teams have protective equipment and we ask that you give them space to carry out their work safely.
Our refurbishment schemes which are on site will continue to operate following guidance on safe working.
We will continue to carry out estate inspections with a focus on health & safety checks.
We will continue to let homes to new tenants and carry out viewings, with measures put in place for safety.
Unfortunately our Community Centres will not be in operation or available for bookings for the time being.
