Do you have an eye for detail and are interested in improving services?

The Resident Scrutiny Panel is made up of residents whose role is to review our services.

The panel asks questions, finds out the facts and then makes recommendations to improve our work.

The Scrutiny Panel is independent, and reports findings to the Main Board. Find out more about the Resident Scrutiny Panel and other involvement opportunities and apply for any of our groups using our online form.

The Panel decide themselves what they want to investigate, and we provide support and information to enable their reviews. If you have an eye for detail, you might just be what is needed in order to join other residents in reviewing services.

  • Support and training is available for members to develop your skills.
  • See the difference residents can make.

Tenants, resident leaseholders, and service-paying freeholders - with the exception of Board members and local Estate Management Board Members - can apply for membership of the Panel. No prior experience is needed, just an interest in improving services for residents.
