Your views on our repair policies
EastendHomes has been carrying out our regular reviews of our policies, and are proposing some changes. With some of our resident boards not currently meeting in person, we are providing these draft policies for the input of all residents.

In particular, we would like to ask for your views on:
- Our proposed 'Minimum Void Specification' [pdf] 145KB '. This is the minimum specification for the condition which a new tenant could expect from their property when they move in.
- Our draft Repairs and Maintenance Policy [pdf] 223KB. In particular, the priorities for different repairs set out at the end of the policy. It is proposed to amend the current policy so that repairs to a communal TV aerial would be a routine repair.
