You said, we did: Resident Annual Report Workshops – Your Voice in Action

On 22 and 27 April, we hosted workshops with residents from across our five estates, helping to shape our upcoming Resident Annual Report for 2025–2026. This is part of our 'you said, we did' campaign to better capture and act upon the resident voice.

Last Thursday, as part of our “You Said – We Did ” campaign ensuring your voice is heard and acted upon, we hosted a Drop-In Customer Service Support Hub . Residents had the opportunity to meet with East End Homes officers to discuss concerns and receive support with a range of issues.

We understand that it can sometimes be difficult to keep up with information in our busy lives, wherever you are. That’s why we listened to your feedback about communication and created something simple, accessible, and easy to use — right from your phone.
