Join us at our Aldgate office between 2:00pm and 5:00pm to discuss:
- Repairs
- Complaints
- Ongoing issues
- Or anything else you’d like support with
This is your opportunity to:
- Get face-to-face support
- Receive a more personalised service
- Have your concerns addressed quickly and efficiently
No appointment needed — just drop in. This is open to all residents.
Come to the East End Homes head office: 3 Resolution Plaza, London E1 6PS and report to Reception. Someone from our team will take you to the right room, where a Customer Services Officer will be able to meet you.
We will be running these sessions on the last Thursday of every month.
