New lift installation at Holland Estate - Your Invitation to a Drop-in Event
Further to our previous correspondence, and as the design develops towards a planning permission submission, we would like to invite all residents to a drop-in consultation event about the proposed new lift installation at Brune & Bernard House.
Date: Thursday 20 August 2026
Time: Drop in anytime between 3:00pm and 5:30pm
Location: BBC Community Centre Mosque, 16 Toynbee St, London E1 7NE
The project is currently progressing towards a planning permission submission. Enabling works are also being planned to divert underground services, including drains, sewers, electricity and gas mains, away from the new lift towers.
These works will affect the wider estate and may cause some disruption, including impacts on car parking and vehicle movements . We will continue to provide updates and give advance notice of any works.
