Need to speak to us in person?
Sometimes, it’s easier to have a face-to-face conversation. That’s why our team is here for you on the last Thursday of every month , at our Head Office in Resolution Plaza , from 2pm to 5pm .
A number of our colleagues will be available to listen to your query, provide support and direct you to the appropriate officer if further assistance is needed.
No matter which estate you live on, you are very welcome to come along. There’s no need to hesitate – simply report to reception when you arrive, and we’ll be happy to help.
We’ll be here again next Thursday, 27th August during our usual 2pm–5pm hours. We look forward to seeing you!
