Making Our Neighbourhoods Better, All Year Round
Over the last summer — we've given the play area near Betts House on St George's Estate a much-needed refresh, making it a cleaner, tidier and more welcoming space for children to play, have fun and spend time with their friends throughout the year.
We listened to your feedback!
Following residents' feedback about the cleanliness, upkeep and safety of the play area, our Housing Officers and Caretaking Team worked together to coordinate improvements.
As part of this collaborative effort, we arranged for an external contractor to carry out a thorough deep clean of the area. The work included removing litter and accumulated waste, clearing excess leaves and weeds, and improving the overall cleanliness and appearance of the play space.
We're pleased that local children were able to enjoy the refreshed play area during the summer and can continue making the most of this neighborhood space throughout the year!
