Last Thursday’s Customer Service Support Hub: “You Said – We Did”
Last Thursday, as part of our “You Said – We Did ” campaign ensuring your voice is heard and acted upon, we hosted a Drop-In Customer Service Support Hub . Residents had the opportunity to meet with East End Homes officers to discuss concerns and receive support with a range of issues.
It was encouraging to see how many of you made use of the service and how valuable this initiative has been. We’re pleased the sessions provided a valuable space for residents to share their concerns and feel heard in a more personal and supportive environment.
A big thank you to our Customer Services Team, led by Nerissa Small — Customer Service and Improvement Manager, for delivering this impactful initiative.
