Information about our local offices

We're very sorry that our Island Gardens office has remained closed while we carry out essential health and safety inspections. Work has now started on the Island Gardens office and is scheduled to complete in June 2026. We'll let you know as soon as it re-opens. In the meantime, you can call or email our Customer Services team:

We're holding surgeries with housing officers at our other offices on the following days: 

Holland: every Monday at Resolution Plaza. 

Mile End: Monday - Friday at 123 Hamlets Way. 

St George’s and Glamis: every Tuesday and Thursday at the Swedenborg Gardens office.

All of t hese drop-in surgeries run from 9.00am – 4.30pm excluding lunchtime between 1.00pm - 2.00pm.
