Important update from the Housing Ombudsman Service

Please be aware of a third-party IT security incident that has impacted the Housing Ombudsman's case management system. The Housing Ombudsman is an independent, impartial, and free service for social housing residents.

If you need to raise a new complaint with them, please email info@housing-ombudsman.org.uk or call 0300 111 3000 while they investigate and get their systems back online.
