Important Update - East End Homes Home Condition Survey 2026
We’ve appointed consultants MLCS3 to carry out surveys to assess the condition of the homes that we own and manage in Tower Hamlets.
As a registered provider of social housing, we’re required to complete these surveys on a regular basis. This helps us to understand the condition of your home and how we can support its long-term maintenance so that it is fit for the future.
Each survey can take up to 30 minutes depending on the size of your home . A surveyor from MLCS3 will record details of your home, including the age and condition of the kitchen, bathroom, windows, doors and other key elements.
All surveyors will be wearing an MLCS3 identification badge at all times and you should ask to see their ID when they call at your front door.
