Important request for residents who may need additional support

We’re constantly looking at ways to improve our services for residents. Based on your feedback, we’re making further upgrades to our telephony system and how we manage calls.

Our main contact number is 020 7517 4700 – please use this for all enquiries. You’ll get through to a member of our Customer Services team who’ll make sure you access the help or advice you need.

While we treat every single call with the same courtesy, we prioritise residents who are considered to be ‘vulnerable.’ You may need additional support if you are elderly, have mobility, hearing or visual difficulties, live with a health condition, or need extra help with everyday activities.

Please contact us if you think you may have additional support needs so that we can offer priority assistance to you.

Call us on the above number (020 7517 4700) or email:  customer.services@eastendhomes.net

You can also tell your Housing Officer, visit reception at Resolution Plaza (on the Holland estate) or Mile End or pop into one of our Customer Services Support hubs . These are held on the last Thursday of every month at Resolution Plaza from 2-5pm.

If you are a family member, friend or neighbour of someone who needs additional support please contact us on their behalf.

Keeping records of residents with vulnerabilities means that we’ll be able to access their personal information on our system once we receive a call from them or their representative. We’ll be able to quickly identify them and prioritise the request as part of our new telephony solution.
