How to get in touch with us over the festive period

Our local offices at Mile End, Glamis and St George's are closed between Monday 22 December – Friday 2 January. (Island Gardens is closed temporarily until further notice). They will re-open at 9am on Monday 5 January 2026.

Residents who need to get in touch with us over this period from can visit us in-person at 3 Resolution Plaza E1 6PS or call the Customer Services telephone line on 020 7517 4700. 

All of our offices are completely closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. To report and emergency repair, housing or caretaking issue while our offices are closed or outside of office hours please call 0300 123 0728.
