EastendHomes engages with review by Regulator of Social Housing

On Tuesday 18 October 2022, EastendHomes was formally notified that the Regulator of Social Housing has decided to review our governance and financial viability grading.

This was published on the Regulator’s Gradings Under Review list on Wednesday 19 October 2022.  Read here

John Henderson, Managing Director of EastendHomes said:

Even though this is disappointing for us, we understand that the regulator has a duty to investigate and EastendHomes will be working closely with them through this investigation to provide the assurance required.
