New for Mile End - Weekly Housing Surgeries are underway!
This February we’re piloting a new housing surgery service for Mile End residents.
Every Wednesday afternoon from 2-4pm residents (tenants and leaseholders) will be able to pop by Mile End Housing Centre to receive information and advice on their rent, tenancy and leaseholder charges.
These new surgeries are in addition to our Monday – Friday (9.00am - 1.00pm and 2.00pm - 16.30pm) walk-in service available at Mile End Housing Centre.

This pilot aims to make our housing colleagues even more accessible to our residents and to offer more choice about the ways people can get in touch with us. We’ll be trialling the scheme in Mile End over the next four months if it proves popular we’ll be looking to roll out more widely across EastendHomes other estates.
