Recording your complaint online

EastendHomes accepts complaints which are registered online. Please complete the form below which will be emailed to our Complaints Officer. 

A member of staff may call you to clarify any details you have recorded. Please provide a daytime contact telephone number to assist us in this.

Please also give details of all issues which you wish to comment on from the outset. If you wish to raise additional topics at a later stage this will be treated as a separate complaint in keeping with our Complaints Policy.

We will only use the information you supply in this form, such as your name, email address, and contact telephone numbers, to manage your complaint. For information on how EastendHomes manages data, see our our Privacy Notice and our Data Protection Policy.
