EastendHomes publishes annual documents
EastendHomes has this autumn published its Annual Report and Financial Statements for 2014/15. You can find both of these in our Publications section.
The Annual Report contains a wide range of information about EastendHomes' housing services and was developed with input from residents. A copy has been delivered to all of our tenants and leaseholders.
The Financial Statements provide a range of information on EastendHomes' financial performance in the year 2014/15. It also provides information on our governance procedures including internal controls and the adopted Code of Governance.
EastendHomes’ Board has adopted the National Housing Federation’s (NHF) 2015 Code of Governance.
As part of the EeH governance framework, the Board reviews an annual self-assessment of compliance with the adopted Code of Governance. This self assessment was most recently considered by the Board on 15th June 2015.
The Board agreed the report confirming that EeH is fully compliant with the 2015 Code of Governance.
